These are for our Online Shop Delivery:

Vitally Important: When taking delivery of your ordered products, quickly inspect the packaging. Should there be any damage what so ever please record this when signing to accept the delivery.

Our standard delivery for Louvres is £6.95 per order. All Spare Parts and Samples have FREE delivery.

We offer delivery to our existing customers in Chesterfield only. If you have previously had blinds installed by us and want some spare parts on new slats then please use our shop. If you have not had blinds fitted by us and you make a purchase then a refund will be made back to you minus any PayPal fees.

Our delivery time targets are below. They are listed as working days (Monday to Friday). Please also allow for bank holidays, adverse weather conditions and holiday periods like Christmas.

  • Vertical Louvres within 8 working days
  • Spares within 8 working days
  • Samples within 5 working days

All our products leave the factory in pristine condition. Once we hand the products over to a courier we have no control. If on the rare occasion you receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please understand this annoys us as much as I’m sure it annoys you.

Our procedure is as follows:

  1. Report the damage to us with photographic evidence. The photograph must clearly state the damage/problem.
  2. If the photograph isn’t clear we will request more photographs.
  3. We will then arrange for the damaged product to be collected and a replacement product sent out to you. As these are made to measure we will endeavour to get this replacement product to you as quickly as possible but please allow up to 8 working days.
  4. We will keep you updated at all times

We cannot be held responsible for any Courier delays which may result in the order being delivered outside of the delivery time targets.
